Your team is a randomly assembled group of people who must jointly solve a specified task or achieve a specific goal. This necessitates certain structures – some of them predetermined, some developed together – as well as a common culture that everyone should be able to identify with. I will support you in developing these structures and in building this culture.
Team Conflicts
Wherever a group of people work together, problems and conflicts can arise – your team is no exception. My job is to rekindle the dialog and communication between the team members: to relax tensions, to remove dysfunctions, and to identify the causes of hurt feelings. Therein lies the opportunity to get ahead as a team.
Team Workshops (Moderation)
When holding a workshop on a specified problem with your team, you should allow all participants to fully concentrate on the problem’s substance. For this purpose, I will accompany the process as a moderator using suitable methods and tools, questioning, challenging and provoking, but integrating as well, in order to explore the various levels of the problem in a more in-depth manner, and thus ensuring that the workshop achieves its goal.
